​Rick was born and raised in the vibrant Welsh capital city, Cardiff. 

 

Discovering a taste for the arts at a young age led to training at the Young Actors Studio (YAS) at the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama and performing at the Wales Millenium Centre with professional theatre company Black RAT Productions.

 

He then studied BA:Hons Acting at Rose Bruford College

Represented Rose Bruford at the 2014 Carleton Hobbs radio awards, commended for outstanding solo performance.
